Hello, this is Prettybusy.
Due to the time gap between the opening of the Nightmare Pancake Shop and the reopening of the existing Pancake Shop (approximately 4 hours), some users were unable to choose what to do with their Pancakes and exchanged them all for Nightmare Pancakes first.
These are people in situations where we can determine that they have seen a loss between updates, with or without notice.
Users who have used Pancakes between the time the Nightmare Pancake Shop opened and the time the regular Pancake Shop was updated again (12:00-15:55 KST) and would like to make any changes or adjustments, please contact us individually. (prettybusy100@gmail.com)
We will check the data on the day of the update and make sure you get the Pancakes you want and compensate until the end.
We have also been listening carefully to feedback, both positive and negative, through the big update called the Pancake Shop Change.
We are planning to continue tweaking the details with ongoing updates, so please continue giving us lots of feedback.
