• Additionally, secondary creations must not contain the following:
• Content that violates laws or infringes on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or reputation of third parties.
• Political or religious content that expresses a specific stance.
• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive material.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property of the company or third parties.
• Defamatory, privacy-violating, or reputation-damaging content directed at other users or individuals.
• Any content that could be mistaken for official Prettybusy material.
4.Guidelines on Commercial Use
• Prettybusy welcomes non-commercial creative activities. However, the following are considered commercial use and are prohibited:
• Selling merchandise or products that use original images or resources from the game.
• That said, Prettybusy does not take issue with small-scale sales of merchandise featuring original fan art created by the artist. We support and encourage such creative efforts.
