Hello, this is Prettybusy.

We have been carefully reviewing all the valuable feedback you have sent us one by one,

and are thinking about how we might reduce the inconveniences or disappointments players have felt while

playing the game.

Rather than simply adding new features, we consider it our top priority to find ways to make the current experience

more comfortable and enjoyable, and we would like to share the improvements that we are preparing to update this year.

These changes began with your voices calling for a better version of Hell, and we promise that this change is not the end,

but that we will continue to evolve going forward.

[1. Notice on Chatroom Feature Improvements]

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954730_8512.png

We’ve heard from many of you that since everyone reads at their own pace, the lack of speed control in the chatroom

sometimes makes it hard to keep up—causing you to miss messages and go back to the beginning just to catch up.

There’s also been feedback about not being able to revisit earlier messages before making choices,

which can throw off the flow of the story.

These issues can lead to unnecessary replaying or disrupt immersion, so we determined that improvements are needed.

1. A chat speed adjustment feature will be added.

Now, users will be able to read the chat at their preferred speed and choose from a variety of speed options.

2. A scroll-up feature for previous messages will be added.

You’ll be able to scroll freely upward in the chatroom to check missed messages without needing to reconnect or restart.

[2. Notice on Improvement for Solomon’s Lesser Key Purchase Method]

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954743_6849.png

We are aware that players have felt a sense of loss since the old Pancake Shop was removed, as it completely

eliminated the opportunity to purchase 30 Solomon’s Lesser Keys per day.
This has been a very sensitive issue, and we’ve spent a long time carefully considering it.

We apologize for keeping you waiting.
As we expect that fully applying all changes will take more time, we plan to begin by implementing what we can first.

Now, a small number of “Monthly Lesser Key” items will be added to the Nightmare Pancake Shop,

allowing you to purchase 30 Solomon’s Lesser Keys per month at a discounted price.
Though the quantity won’t be large, you will now be able to obtain Solomon’s Lesser Keys from the

Nightmare Pancake Shop on a monthly basis.

We will continue to develop and expand the Nightmare Pancake Shop moving forward.

[3. Addition of New Standing Image Preview Feature (Website)]

Whenever event stories or new story content is released, players have been able to see various costumes of the Kings

within the story.

We’ve come to realize that a great number of users—more than we had expected—wish to enjoy and appreciate these

diverse costumes from the stories more clearly and completely.

Accordingly, we have decided to provide high-quality standing image files for newly added costumes going forward.

Now, instead of extracting images from the game system, you will be able to download all standing images

through a separate page that will be set up on our official website.

[4. Notice on Update for Summon History Viewing Feature]

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954779_7381.png

We received many requests from users wanting to review their past summon results.

We’ve learned that when the game closes before results are seen, or when players want to revisit memorable summon

outcomes, there has been no way to do so.

To reduce this inconvenience, we will be adding a feature that allows players to view past summon

results within the summon menu.

From now on, summon results will be saved in-game, and you will be able to freely check previous results through a

separate menu.

However, due to app storage limitations, the number of viewable past summon results will be restricted to five.

[5. Notice on Balance Adjustment to Event Coin Rewards per Action Power Used]

There has been feedback that, in the current system where Action Power is used to collect Event Coins,

the efficiency of some battles is low.

For example, certain battles consume a large amount of Action Power but reward only a small number of Event Coins,

making event battles feel unbalanced.

We recognize this issue of unbalanced resource gain and plan to adjust it to be more intuitive.

Going forward, the system will be adjusted so that you can earn 1 Event Coin per 1 Action Power used.

However, to align with the number and quantity of items previously obtainable,

the way event coin requirements are displayed in the shop will be changed.

This change is intended to make the formula easier to understand by standardizing it to a

"1 Action Power= 1 Event Coin" model.

The actual amount of Event Coins required to exchange items will remain the same, and prices will not increase or decrease.

Once the update date is finalized, we will provide detailed information about the new calculation method.

[6. Notice on Artifact-Related Feature Improvements]

We’ve identified several inconveniences players are experiencing when managing artifacts.

To reduce repetitive situations and common mistakes, the following improvements are planned:

1. Same Artifact Type Prioritized When Enhancing

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954854_5979.png

Previously, when enhancing artifacts, the same type of artifact did not appear at the top of the list, making it I

nconvenient to find desired materials.

Especially when many unequipped artifacts are present, it could take a long time to find materials.
Going forward, the same type of artifact will be prioritized and displayed at the top of the enhancement screen.

2. Confirmation Popup for Deleting L-grade Artifacts

There have been cases where players accidentally deleted L-grade artifacts while organizing them right after summoning.

To prevent these mistakes, a confirmation popup will now appear if an L-grade artifact is included in the items

selected for deletion.

3. Locked Artifacts Displayed on Equip Screen + Icon Indicator

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954871_9676.png

Currently, locked artifacts are not visible on the equipment screen, making it difficult to find specific ones.

Soon, locked artifacts will also be visible on the equipment screen, along with a dedicated icon indicating their

locked status.

Additionally, if you try to equip a locked artifact, a message saying “This artifact is currently locked” will be displayed.

[7. Notice on Improvements to Nightmare Pass Progress System]

We have received feedback that when more than one Nightmare Pass is active at the same time,

it becomes difficult to earn enough coins, making it hard to obtain all desired rewards.

We understand that, especially for players who aim to complete every pass and purchase

additional items (such as tea leaves), the current coin gain may feel insufficient.

Therefore, when two or more Nightmare Passes are running concurrently,

Players who have purchased the Superior Pass of all active passes will receive double the amount of

Nightmare Coins from battles.

We hope this adjustment will help you more smoothly collect rewards, even when progressing through multiple

passes at once.

[8. Notice on Addition of UI Hiding Feature]

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954895_5484.png

We’ve received feedback from players who wish to fully appreciate L-grade Live2D characters or special backgrounds

that appear on holidays or birthdays.

Many have expressed disappointment that UI elements displayed on the lobby screen or

during story progression make it difficult to fully view backgrounds and characters.

To improve this experience, a dedicated button to hide the UI will be added to the lobby and story scenes.

By using this button, you will be able to temporarily hide the UI and enjoy the background and characters more freely.

[9. Notice on New Growth Pass Release]

While many players have reached a new growth stage after surpassing level 50, the growth pass only extends to level 50.

To help ease your journey starting from level 60, “Solomon’s Level-Up Support Pass” will be added.

This new pass will be designed to provide the necessary resources and benefits to help you

continue your growth smoothly.

[10. Notice on New Minigame Addition]

We have received feedback that the rewards from the existing Panty Party minigame were unsatisfactory in relation to the

time spent playing.

Specifically, the rewards felt too minimal compared to the time invested, which left many players feeling disappointed.

To address this, we will be introducing a completely new minigame.

The new minigame will be designed to be completed in 10 to 15 minutes, with a difficulty level that ensures a

clear ending within that time frame. Instead of random rewards, players will receive fixed rewards upon

clearing the game.

With this change, you’ll find it easier to earn the items you want

(Example: such as Solomon’s Seal) rather than getting unwanted items.

Additionally, the time required to complete the game will be significantly reduced.

[11. Notice on Improvements to Maintenance Schedule Notification Method]

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954916_256.png

We have identified that players have sometimes experienced confusion regarding the maintenance start times.

In particular, the short in-game announcements were sometimes not enough to provide clear information,

and some players only found out just before the maintenance started, making it difficult to plan ahead.

To reduce this inconvenience, we will now provide maintenance start time notifications not only in the

game but also through the official website and SNS channels in advance.

Additionally, to give you more time to plan your gaming schedule, we will also improve the timing of when the

announcements are made, moving them to an earlier time.

[12. Notice on the Addition of Exclusive Dungeons for the 7 Kings]

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954930_2732.png

Currently, the Seraphim Dungeon structure allows only a few kings to participate,

and many players have been wondering when they will get to see dungeons for the other kings.

We fully understand and share your excitement about experiencing dungeons that reflect each king's unique identity.

Soon, exclusive dungeons will be added for all 7 kings.

Each dungeon will be designed to highlight the characteristics of the respective king, and Nightmare

Candies will be required to enter.

Since you'll be using valuable entry items, we're also preparing a variety of high-tier rewards-including Guilty Gems.

We're carefully designing these dungeons so you can enjoy them in a fresh and engaging way.

[13. Notice on the Addition of Action Power Recovery Item]

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954949_7414.png

We've heard from players that there were times during events or story progress where the lack of action power

felt disappointing.

In particular, we understand that when a new character appears and players want to raise Likeability quickly,

or when steadily collecting event coins, the shortage of action power could feel especially frustrating.

To help manage these situations more flexibly, a new item that restores action power will be added.

This item can be stored in your inventory and used at any time to recharge action power.

We are preparing it so that players can decide when and at what timing to use it, based on their own play style.

[14. Notice on Adjustment of Growth Materials Based on Character Rarity]

We have confirmed that players feel discomfort due to the current structure, where characters with low rarity

require the same high-grade materials to grow as higher rarity characters.

In particular, the fact that B-grade and L-grade characters consume the same amount of materials

made us realize that the growth burden can feel unfair depending on rarity.

Reflecting this, the system will be revised so that the materials required for leveling up and promotion will

differ depending on the character's rarity.

For example, B-grade characters will be adjusted to require fewer materials to grow.

We also will conduct a bigger plan to rebalance material and item use overall.

Once the details are finalized, we will share a more detailed announcement.

[15. Notice on Summon Balance Adjustment for S+ Grade Characters]

We are fully aware of the ongoing concerns regarding the appearance rate and summon balance of S+ grade characters.

In particular, many players have pointed out that with the limited number of S+ characters available,

the appearance rate of certain ones feels disproportionately high.

To address this, we plan to adjust the summoning system so that S+ grade characters will be included in the

S-grade gacha pool.

(The amount of currency required to summon S+ grade characters will remain the same.)

We hope this adjustment will help ease the current imbalance in summon rates,

and we will continue to monitor the system and apply further changes as needed.

[16. Notice on Upcoming Special Birthday Event]

To help you celebrate your special day in an even more meaningful way,

we're preparing exclusive content to celebrate players' birthdays.

By entering your birthday,

you'll be able to experience a special story, chat, and voice event that unlocks only on your birthday.

You'll also receive a commemorative gift and gain access to an exclusive birthday package prepared just for you.

This package will be offered at a very reasonable price,

in line with the spirit of celebrating your birthday.

We will provide more detailed information once everything is ready.

We hope you look forward to it!

[17. Notice on the Introduction of the Dispatch System]

 2ef5c057402a0a8f694dacafcd15c19d_1744954977_921.png

We've received feedback expressing a desire for a way to steadily earn rewards even during times when you're not actively playing the game.

In response, we are preparing a new feature called the "Dispatch" system.

By dispatching characters to various locations-such as Hell, Earth, and Heaven-you will be able to receive rewards or items after a certain amount of time has passed.

The type and amount of rewards will vary depending on the character's grade and dispatch location,

and we are designing the system so it can be easily used even on days when players are unable to log in frequently.

In addition, items that are hard to obtain again, such as limited-time boxes, will also be available through dispatches.

We will provide more detailed information once everything is finalized.

[18. Illustration Stabilization]

Prettybusy works with multiple artists, each contributing illustrations that reflect their unique styles and individuality.

However, we have recognized that some inconsistencies in the overall look and feel of the artwork can be seen.

We are working internally to stabilize the illustration style so that even higher-quality art can be delivered with a

more unified aesthetic. This year, we aim to present the stories of Hell with more consistent and refined illustrations.

Please note that the improvements we've shared above will not be implemented all at once.

They will be applied sequentially to the game, and some are still in the works.

As each item becomes ready, we will apply them one by one-and inform you again when their release is near.

Prettybusy will continue listening to player voices,

and move forward with the goal of removing the inconveniences you experience in the game step by step.

We sincerely thank everyone who always shares valuable feedback and waits patiently.

We'll be back soon as a more improved Prettybusy.

Thank you.
