Due to a recent intermittent server system issue, we have confirmed that some descendants experienced an
issue where the “Greater Keys of Solomon Summon” feature was not functioning properly.
We have taken emergency measures to address this issue.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused during your valuable gameplay experience.
Please find below the details regarding the issue and the compensation provided.
■ Issue Details and Resolution
👉🏻 Issue: Due to a server system error, some users were intermittently unable to use the
“Greater Keys of Solomon Summon” feature.
👉🏻 Occurrence Period: July 30th (Thu) 00:00 ~ August 4th (Tue) 11:25 KST
👉🏻 Resolution: After identifying the cause, we completed server system maintenance, and the issue was
resolved as of August 4th (Tue) 11:25 KST. The feature is currently functioning normally.
■ Compensation Details
To apologize for the inconvenience experienced during this period, we will provide the following compensation
to all descendants who log in during the distribution period.
